The Abortion of Necrovile goes back in 2001 when two students (back then) from Cluj-Napoca (Romania), Daniel and Calin, decided to form a death metal band.

In 2002 Necrovile recorded a demo, 'Extreme Meal Dismemberment'. Due to the fact that we couldn’t find a suitable drummer, we composed the drum tracks using a computer.

After promoting the songs in some rock clubs in Cluj-Napoca, in 2003 the band released an MCD, called 'Into the Gory Scripts' under the label Mirgilus Siculorum Production. 'Into the Gory Scripts' was distributed in more than 600 copies all over Europe and worldwide.

After the first shows, Ela replaced the former bass player, Mircea (ex-Rotrave) and in 2006 the line-up was completed by Florin (drums) and Radu (guitar).

Since 2003 Necrovile played in shows supporting bands like Suffocation (USA), Vader (Pol), Nile (USA), Grave (Swe), Sepultura (Bra), Master (USA), Dark Funeral (Swe), Belphegor (Aus), Gutted (Hun), Formless Terror (MK), Atlantis (Ger), Enthrallment (Bul), Cerebral Turbulency (Cze), Legacy of Hate (Aus), Septic Flesh (Gre), Devian (Swe), Isacaarum (Cze), Needful Things (Cze), Jack Slater (Ger), Golem (Ger), Inferia (Fin), Radikalis Amputacio (Hun), Korog (Hun), Leprosy Abscess (RO), Bolthard (RO), Kratos (RO), Sincarnate (RO), Loudrage (Ro), Abnormyndeffect (MD), Stillbirth (Ger), Paroxysm (Ger), Cap de Craniu (Ro), Taine (RO), MG42 (RO), Dakon (MD), Dies Irae (RO).

Currently, Necrovile are working on a full-length album, entitled ‘The Pungency of Carnage’, which hopefully will be out in 2008.
